Layers of pie filling, whipped cheesecake, and graham cracker crumbs? Yes please! These Blueberry Peach Pie Parfaits are an easy, no-bake dessert that’s bursting with sweet summer flavor—perfect for cookouts, holidays, or just because.

These Blueberry Peach Pie Parfaits capture everything I love about summer desserts—no baking, minimal fuss, and all the flavor of a homemade pie served in a cute jar.
Each parfait layers crunchy graham cracker crumbs, a light and fluffy cream cheese whipped topping, and generous spoonfuls of peach and blueberry pie filling for a perfect balance of texture and sweetness.
They’re simple to prepare ahead of time, travel well for potlucks, and look especially charming in mason jars.

This idea grew out of a Blueberry Peach Bread I made years ago—everyone loved it—so I adapted the flavors into a no-bake parfait. I planned to use canned peach pie filling at first, but when I couldn’t find it I made a quick homemade peach filling instead. For convenience, I did use canned blueberry pie filling for the top layer, which paired beautifully with the homemade component.
Combining a few store-bought items with fresh-made filling makes these parfaits feel special without adding extra work.
Mason jar desserts always make a simple treat feel festive, and these parfaits deliver all the cozy pie flavors without turning on the oven.

How To Make Blueberry Peach Pie Parfaits:
- Make the Peach Pie Filling
Combine the sliced peaches with their juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer
In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Assemble the Parfaits
Divide ingredients among 4 mason jars or dessert cups, layering as follows: 1–2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, a few spoonfuls of cream cheese layer, about 1 cup peach pie filling, a thick swirl of cream cheese layer, 1 cup blueberry pie filling, and more cream cheese mixture to finish.
- Garnish & Chill
Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs and top with fresh fruit if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
Questions and Answers:
Can I use all canned filling to save time?
Yes—using canned peach and blueberry pie fillings will save time and still taste great. If you have a few extra minutes, homemade peach filling brightens the flavor, but canned works perfectly for a quick version.
Can I make these ahead of time?
Absolutely. Assemble the parfaits up to a day ahead, cover, and keep refrigerated until serving.
