Low Carb Pizza Chicken is topped with pizza sauce, two cheeses, and crisp pepperoni slices—pure Italian comfort in a low-carb, keto-friendly dish.

Enjoying Italian flavors on a low-carb diet is easy with this Pizza Chicken: succulent chicken breasts covered in thickened pizza sauce, melted mozzarella and Parmesan, and pepperoni that crisps as it broils. This gluten-free, keto-friendly meal delivers the comfort of pizza without the carbs.
I’m a fan of any dish with a generous layer of melted cheese. Combining shredded mozzarella with grated Parmesan gives a great balance of stretch and savory flavor.

Why you’ll love Low Carb Pizza Chicken
- Quick and simple to prepare—most of the time is hands-off while it bakes.
- Loaded with gooey, melty cheese.
- Family-friendly—kids usually love it.
- Pair it with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers reheat well for easy lunches or dinners.
- Pepperoni crisps on top, adding a satisfying crunch and intense flavor.
One important step: simmer the pizza sauce with tomato paste until it thickens. This concentrates the flavors and prevents excess moisture while baking. You can prepare the sauce a day or two ahead to save time.
