This Keto Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Mousse is a quick, elegant dessert to celebrate the fall season. At about 3 grams of carbs per serving, it’s a delicious low-carb, gluten-free treat you can enjoy guilt-free.

Keto Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Mousse
When I make a no-bake low-carb pumpkin cheesecake, I often end up with a partial can of pumpkin puree. Rather than waste it, I created this fast pumpkin mousse. It’s simple, satisfying, and perfect when you want a small autumnal dessert without much fuss.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 4 ounces (1/2 brick) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin cheesecake skinny syrup OR 3 tablespoons granulated sugar substitute to taste
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
That’s it—just five ingredients for a creamy, spiced dessert.
Kitchen Tools
- Two mixing bowls
- Electric mixer or hand mixer
Tips and Tricks
- You can easily double the recipe if you want more servings.
- Check labels on pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice; some blends contain added sugar. Choose sugar-free versions when possible.
- If you don’t have pumpkin syrup, increase the pumpkin pie spice slightly and use a sugar-free sweetener to taste.
- To save dishes, whip the cream in the mixer, then use the same beaters to smooth the pumpkin mixture before folding everything together.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, pumpkin syrup (or sweetener), and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Blend the pumpkin mixture with the mixer briefly until fully smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin-cheesecake mixture with a spatula until completely combined and light.
- Spoon the mousse into six dessert dishes or glasses.
- Garnish with a light sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and an optional dollop of whipped cream.
