Chocolate is my passion.
Avocado is my obsession.

I combined them with peanut butter to create a healthier brownie that still feels like a treat. These bites are small, satisfying, and easier to portion than a full-sized brownie.
Every new year I try to tweak habits and make healthier choices, but I can’t give up chocolate entirely. These brownie bites let you enjoy chocolate in a more mindful way.

I don’t often bake brownies at home because they’re dangerously easy to overeat. Turning them into bite-sized pieces helps control portions and keeps the indulgence from getting out of hand.

These brownie bites are healthier in part because avocado replaces some of the butter, adding healthy fats and moisture. Their small size makes them an ideal, portion-controlled treat.
If you’ve never baked with avocado, don’t worry—the flavor is subtle. It makes for a dense, moist texture while allowing the chocolate and peanut butter to shine.

The combination of dark chocolate and peanut butter gives these bites rich flavor and satisfying depth. Serve them with a glass of milk or your favorite beverage for a delightful snack.
