The Minneapple is headed to the Big Apple

On June 27, a standout group of Minneapolis chefs will bring a taste of the Midwest to New York City. Tim McKee (La Belle Vie), Gavin Kaysen (Café Boulud), Alex Roberts (Alma and Brasa Rotisserie), Isaac Becker (112 Eatery), and I will be collaborating on a special dinner at one of NYC’s most beautiful venues: Tom Colicchio’s Riverpark.
