Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (prepared according to package)
- 2 Cadbury Creme Mini Eggs (12-pack)
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 drops yellow food coloring
- sprinkles
Instructions
-
Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
-
Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
-
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of batter into each mini cup.
-
Bake at 350°F for 11 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool 2 minutes.
-
Press an unwrapped Cadbury Creme Egg into the center of each brownie bite. Let cool an additional 2 minutes.
-
Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting:
-
Beat the softened butter on medium speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.
-
Add powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt. Increase speed to high and beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
-
Stir in yellow food coloring until evenly colored.
-
Pipe or spread frosting onto cooled brownie bites (a Wilton 32 tip works well), and finish with sprinkles.
Notes
- If you don’t have a piping bag or tip, you can spread the frosting with a spoon or small spatula.
