Last night I finally gave in and turned the heating on — it’s that time of year! Although the days have been sunny, once the sun drops and the shade arrives around 5pm it gets noticeably chilly. I love autumn: cozying up on the sofa with a hot chocolate and a blanket, the crunch of leaves underfoot, the crisp air and shorter days. Nothing beats warming up with homemade soups and stews. Pure bliss.
Of course, reality often looks different — I spend my days rushing around and overheating from doing a million things at once — but a girl can dream of cozy evenings, right?
