How to Make Popsicles Without a Mold
You don’t need a specialty popsicle mold to make these. Sturdy paper cups or small drinking glasses work well. Layer the mixtures in your chosen containers, then insert sticks—wooden sticks or sturdy metal straws are both fine. When frozen solid, peel or run the container briefly under warm water to release the popsicles.

How Long Do Popsicles Last in the Freezer?
Stored at a steady frozen temperature, homemade popsicles can keep for up to six months. To prevent freezer burn and preserve texture, leave them in their molds or store them in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag.
If you like adult versions, you can adapt this idea into cocktail popsicles by swapping some liquid components for spirits—just be mindful that alcohol lowers the freezing temperature and may change texture.
